Ingredients
2 cups long-grain rice
2 cups water
4 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups broccoli florets
Method
1. Start by rinsing the rice under cold water until it runs clear. This removes excess starch.
2. Add the rinsed rice and water to the Instant Pot. Mix well.
3. Pour olive oil over the salmon fillets and season them with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Place the seasoned salmon on top of the rice in the pot. Spread the broccoli florets around the salmon.
5. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Afterward, do a quick release of the pressure.
