Ingredients
500g minced lamb
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Method
1. Combine the minced lamb, grated onion, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, parsley, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Mix until fully combined.
2. Roll the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
3. Pour 250ml of water into the Instant Pot. Place the meatballs in a single layer on the steamer rack inside the pot.
4. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes, then allow it to release naturally for 5 minutes.
5. Carefully release any remaining steam and open the lid. Serve the kofta meatballs with your favorite sides and enjoy.
