Ingredients
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 500 g ground beef
– 400 g can diced tomatoes
– 400 g can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
– 1 tablespoon chili powder
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 250 ml beef broth
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Set your Instant Pot to the sauté setting. Heat the olive oil and add the chopped onion. Cook until the onion is soft.
2. Add minced garlic and ground beef. Stir and cook until the beef is browned.
3. Mix in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, and cumin.
4. Pour in the beef broth and season with salt and pepper.
5. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Then, use the quick release method to release the steam.
