Ingredients
– 500 g beef (cubed)
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 2 onions (chopped)
– 3 cloves garlic (minced)
– 1 tablespoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
– 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
– 2 cups beef broth
– 4 medium potatoes (peeled and chopped)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions and cook until they are soft and translucent.
3. Stir in minced garlic, paprika, and caraway seeds for a minute.
4. Add the beef, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat, add potatoes, and let it simmer for about 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
