Ingredients
– 600 g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– ½ tsp salt
– ¼ tsp black pepper
– 150 ml honey
– 1-2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust for spice levels)
– 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– 2 cups cooked rice (for serving)
– 1 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Method
1. Start by preheating your oven to 200°C.
2. In a bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
3. Rub this mixture onto the chicken thighs to coat them evenly.
4. In a small saucepan, combine honey and hot sauce over medium heat. Stir until well blended.
5. Place the chicken in a baking dish and drizzle the hot honey mixture over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through. Serve with rice and garnish with green onions.
