Ingredients
- 1 kg crabs, cleaned
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Method
- First, clean the crabs under running water and remove the shell and gills.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, sugar, vinegar, ginger, and garlic together.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat, then pour in the sauce mixture.
- Add the crabs to the pan, stir well, and cook for about 10 minutes until they become sticky and coated in sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and freshly chopped coriander before serving.
