Delicious Honey Roasted Figs Recipe For A Sweet Delight

Ingredients
4 fresh figs
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Salt to taste
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped nuts
A sprig of mint for garnish
1/4 cup water

Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the figs in half and place them in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix honey, olive oil, cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
Pour the honey mixture over the figs, then add the water to the dish.
Bake for about 15 minutes until figs are tender and caramelized.
