Honey Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
240 ml heavy cream
120 ml whole milk
60 ml honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Method
Combine the heavy cream, whole milk, and honey in a bowl.
Whisk the mixture until everything is well blended.
Stir in the vanilla extract and salt for added flavor.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the machine’s instructions.
