Ingredients
- 300 ml of cream
- 200 ml of milk
- 120 ml of honey
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
- In a bowl, combine the cream and milk together.
- Add honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything mixes well.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for churning.
- Once the ice cream starts to thicken, transfer it to a container.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving to allow it to firm up properly.
