Delicious Honey-Glazed Carrots Recipe For A Sweet Side Dish

Ingredients
500 g baby carrots
2 tbsp unsalted butter
60 ml honey
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method
1. Start by rinsing the baby carrots under cold water.
2. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat.
3. Add the carrots to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Pour in the honey, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes until the carrots are tender and glazed.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
