Ingredients
- 1 kg pork ribs
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup water
Method
- Start by mixing the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and chili flakes in a bowl.
- Place the pork ribs in the rice cooker and pour the sauce mixture over them.
- Add the water to the rice cooker to help steam the ribs.
- Close the rice cooker lid and set it to the cook setting. Cook for about 1.5 hours or until the ribs are tender.
- Once done, serve the ribs with the sauce on top, and enjoy your meal.
