Ingredients
– 240 ml of heavy cream
– 60 ml of buttermilk
– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Method
1. Combine heavy cream and buttermilk in a bowl.
2. Mix in the lemon juice and salt until smooth.
3. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth or plastic wrap.
4. Leave the mixture at room temperature for 24 hours.
5. Stir well before refrigerating.
