Ingredients
500 g beef mince

2 cups beef broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Method
Begin by mixing the beef mince, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and thyme in a bowl.
Shape the mixture into four patties.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
Pour the beef broth into the skillet with the patties and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry, then stir it into the broth to thicken the sauce.
