Ingredients
– 6 cups fresh peaches, sliced

Method
1. Start by preheating the oven to 218°C.
2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and salt. Mix everything gently until the peaches are well coated.
3. Roll out the pie crust and place it into a pie dish. Pour the peach mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
4. Dot the filling with small pieces of butter to add flavor while baking.
5. Cover the filling with another crust or leave it open top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
