Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook until beef is browned and onions are soft.
3. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
4. Add pasta shells and reduce heat. Simmer until pasta is cooked through.
5. Serve hot, topped with ricotta and shredded mozzarella cheese.
