Ingredients
– 400 g flat rice noodles
– 300 g chicken breast, sliced
– 1 cup bean sprouts
– 1 cup green vegetables (like bok choy or spinach)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Incorporate the flat rice noodles, bean sprouts, and green vegetables. Stir well to mix everything together.
5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir-fry for another 3 to 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
