Ingredients
– 1 cup hazelnuts
– 1 ½ cups chocolate chips
– ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon coconut oil
– ½ cup crushed biscuits
– 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
– 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
– ½ cup dark chocolate
– Sea salt for sprinkling
Method
1. Begin by toasting the hazelnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Stir them often until golden brown.
2. Once cooled, blend the hazelnuts in a food processor until smooth, forming a hazelnut butter.
3. Combine the hazelnut butter, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and crushed biscuits in a bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
4. Use small amounts of the mixture to form balls. Place these on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Dip each ball into this chocolate mixture and sprinkle with sea salt. Allow them to set before serving.
