Delicious Homemade Falafel Bowl Recipe: Healthy & Flavorful Meal

Ingredients

– 400 g canned chickpeas, drained
– 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
– 1/2 cup onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp coriander
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 2 tbsp flour
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 cups mixed salad greens

Method

1. Start by preheating the oven to 200°C.
2. In a large bowl, combine the chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, and salt. Mash everything gently with a fork until combined.
3. Add the flour to the mixture and mix well to form a dough.
4. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve the falafel with salad greens.
