Delicious Homemade Egg Tortellini Pasta Recipe With Masala Flavor

Ingredients

– 200 g tortellini pasta
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 zucchini, sliced
– 400 g canned diced tomatoes
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1 teaspoon salt
– Fresh basil for garnish

Method

1. Start by cooking the tortellini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until they become soft.
3. Mix in the diced bell pepper and sliced zucchini. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the canned diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and salt to the vegetables. Stir and let it simmer for around 10 minutes.
5. Combine the cooked tortellini with the sauce. Toss well and serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
