Ingredients
– 450 g crab meat
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1/4 cup chopped green onion
– 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
– 1 egg
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Oil for frying
Method
1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onion, and red bell pepper.
2. Add the egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well blended.
3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your palm.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Carefully place the patties in the pan.
5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
