Corn Tortilla Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups masa harina
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup cold water
Method
Combine masa harina and salt in a mixing bowl.
Gradually mix in warm water until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Divide the dough into 8 equal balls.
Flatten each ball between two pieces of plastic wrap using a press or rolling pin to make thin tortillas.
