Method
1. Start by cutting the chicken into nugget-sized pieces.
2. Set up three bowls: one with plain flour, another with beaten eggs, and the last with bread crumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each chicken piece first into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the coated chicken nuggets in the pan.
5. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
