Apple Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
4 cups sliced apples
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 cup melted butter
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with butter.
2. Combine the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared dish, then layer the apple mixture on top.
5. Drizzle melted butter over the apples and bake for about 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
