Ingredients
– 2 cups mixed olives
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes
– 1 package sliced salami
– 1 package sliced pepperoni
– 1 cup mozzarella balls
– 1 cup artichoke hearts
– 1 cup marinated roasted red peppers
– 1 cup fresh basil leaves
– 1 package crescent roll dough
– Olive oil for drizzling
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and arrange it in a circle on a baking tray.
3. Layer the olives, cherry tomatoes, salami, pepperoni, mozzarella balls, artichokes, roasted red peppers, and fresh basil onto the dough.
4. Fold the dough over the filling to create a wreath shape and press the edges to seal.
5. Drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
