Ingredients
– 1 cup rolled oats

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a blender, combine oats, pumpkin puree, honey, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Pour the blended mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
5. Spoon the batter into a muffin tray and bake for about 20–25 minutes or until golden brown.
