Delicious Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies Recipe For Guilt-Free Snacking

Ingredients

– 2 ripe bananas
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1/4 cup honey
– 1/4 cup peanut butter
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
– 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
3. Add the rolled oats, honey, peanut butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix everything until it’s well combined.
4. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts if you are using them.
5. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each cookie. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
