Ingredients
600 g hash browns (frozen)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheese
1 large onion, diced
2 cups cream of chicken soup
½ cup milk
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup melted butter
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with butter.
In a large bowl, combine frozen hash browns, diced onion, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir the mixture until everything is well combined.
Spread the combined mixture evenly into the greased baking dish.
Top with shredded cheese and drizzle with melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
