Ingredients

– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Method
1. Begin by washing the spinach and coriander leaves. Chop them finely and place them in a large bowl.
2. Add the chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix everything well to combine.
3. Sprinkle all-purpose flour into the mixture. This helps to bind the ingredients together.
4. Shape the mixture into small kebabs using your hands. Make sure they are not too thick.
5. Coat each kebab with breadcrumbs for extra crunch. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the kebabs until golden brown on both sides.
