Ingredients
- 500 g diced ham
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 60 ml honey
- 60 ml apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups chopped pineapple (canned or fresh)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Place the diced ham in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- Add the chicken broth and chopped pineapple to the dish, stirring gently to combine.
- Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, until heated through, and serve immediately.
