Ham and Potato Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1. 1 cup diced ham
2. 4 cups diced potatoes
3. 1 onion, chopped
4. 2 cups shredded cheese
5. 2 cups milk
6. ½ cup sour cream
7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
8. ½ teaspoon black pepper
9. ½ teaspoon salt
10. 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the chopped onion until soft.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the diced ham, potatoes, sautéed onion, cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
5. Bake for about 45 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
