Ingredients
– 12 slider buns
– 200g sliced ham
– 200g sliced cheese
– 60g butter
– 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
– ½ tsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp poppy seeds
– 1 tbsp brown sugar
– Salt to taste
– Pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, poppy seeds, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
4. Layer the ham and cheese on the buns, then put the top halves back on.
5. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the buns and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
