Ingredients
4 medium potatoes
100 g ham, diced
100 g cheese, shredded
50 ml sour cream
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Chives, chopped (optional)
Paprika, for topping
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
Wash and dry the potatoes. Cut slits in each potato, but do not slice all the way through.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly on top.
Fill the slits with diced ham and shredded cheese.
Bake for about 40-50 minutes. Serve hot, topped with sour cream, chives, and a sprinkle of paprika.
