Ingredients
– 6 croissants
– 200 g ham, chopped
– 200 g cheese, shredded
– 6 eggs
– 500 ml milk
– 1 tsp mustard
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Cut the croissants into bite-sized pieces and place them in a baking dish.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the croissant pieces. Sprinkle ham and cheese on top.
5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
