Ingredients
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup cocoa powder
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 cup sweetened cream cheese frosting
– 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, then gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
5. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes. Allow cooling, then fill with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
