Delicious Gujarati Khatta Mag Patta Gobi Nu Shaak Recipes

Ingredients
1 small head of cauliflower, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups water

Method
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and let them pop, then mix in cumin seeds and turmeric powder.
Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
Toss in the cauliflower, salt, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
Cover the pan and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
