Ingredients
– 500 g ground turkey
– 1 cup cooked rice

– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 cup cucumber, diced
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1 cup plain yogurt
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add ground turkey to the pan and cook until browned, about 7 to 10 minutes.
3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and paprika on the turkey. Stir until mixed well and heated through.
4. In bowls, layer cooked rice, seasoned turkey, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
5. Top each bowl with a spoonful of plain yogurt before serving.
