Ingredients
– 500 g ground beef

– 1 bell pepper, chopped
– 400 g canned diced tomatoes
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tablespoon dried oregano

– 1 teaspoon pepper
– 2 cups cooked rice
Method
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
2. Stir in minced garlic and bell pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until it is browned, stirring frequently.
4. Pour in the canned tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Let the mixture simmer for about 15 minutes, then serve over cooked rice.
