Ingredients
– 500 g ground beef
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
– 400 g canned diced tomatoes
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp salt
– ½ tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft.
3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
4. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
5. Mix in cabbage, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 15 minutes until cabbage is tender.
