Grilled Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 red onion, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Method
1. Begin by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Place all the chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
4. Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated.
5. Grill the vegetables for around 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
