Ingredients
– 8 large jalapeño peppers
– 1 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded cheese
– 250 ml sausage, cooked and crumbled
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Method
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
2. Cut jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, sausage, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Stuff the jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
5. Place the stuffed peppers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
