Grilled Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
12 medium jalapeno peppers
150 g cheese, shredded
250 g sausage, crumbled
60 ml sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Olive oil, for brushing
Method
1. Start by preheating the grill to medium heat.
2. Cut the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cheese, sausage, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff each pepper half with the mixture.
5. Brush the outside of the peppers with olive oil, then place them on the grill. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.
