Grilled Paneer Zucchini Skewers
Ingredients
400 g paneer, cut into cubes
2 medium zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss the paneer, zucchini, and bell peppers in the marinade until everything is evenly coated.
4. Thread the marinated ingredients onto skewers, alternating between paneer and vegetables.
5. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning them occasionally until they are golden brown.
