Delicious Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Recipe For Summer Bbqs

Ingredients

– 500 g chicken breast
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup pineapple juice
– 2 tablespoons brown sugar
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1/2 pineapple, sliced
– Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Begin by mixing soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, olive oil, minced garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Place the chicken in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade, then discard the marinade.
4. Grill the chicken for about 6 to 7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Add pineapple slices to the grill in the last few minutes of cooking.
5. Once done, remove from the grill. Top with fresh parsley before serving with grilled pineapple.
