Ingredients
– 1 kg chicken wings
– 60 ml hot sauce
– 60 ml unsalted butter
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– Optional: celery sticks and ranch dressing for serving
Method
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss the chicken wings in vegetable oil before placing them on the grill.
4. Grill the wings for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
5. Brush the wing sauce onto the wings during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
