Method

2. Add lime juice and honey. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
3. Next, strain this mixture into a large pitcher to remove solid bits.
4. Pour in the cold sparkling water. Stir gently to mix everything together.
5. Serve over ice and add lime slices and mint leaves as garnish.
