Ingredients
– 900 g grapes (red, green, or a mix)
– 200 g cream cheese
– 100 g Greek yogurt
– 100 g brown sugar
– 50 g walnuts (chopped)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– A pinch of salt
Method
1. Wash the grapes well. Remove the stems and place them in a large bowl.
2. In a smaller bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the grapes and gently fold to combine.
4. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top for added crunch and sweetness.
5. Chill the grape salad in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
