Ingredients
– 400 g green chili peppers
– 2 tablespoons soybean paste

– ½ teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon spring onions, chopped
Method
1. Begin by rinsing the green chili peppers under cold water. Drain and set them aside.
2. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds if you prefer less heat.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine soybean paste, minced garlic, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and sesame seeds. Stir the mixture until it is well blended.
4. Next, add the prepared chili peppers to the bowl and toss everything together until the peppers are coated.
5. Finally, sprinkle chopped spring onions over the top for garnish before serving.
