Delicious Gochu Doenjang Muchim: Easy Korean Spicy Pepper Salad

Ingredients
2 cups green chili peppers
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
1 tablespoon water

Method
Chop the green chili peppers into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, and water together.
Add the chopped peppers to the bowl and combine well.
Sprinkle in the sesame seeds, green onions, and minced garlic, and stir everything.
Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
