Ingredients

  • 500 g ground turkey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, oats, onion, garlic, egg, ketchup, parsley, salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tray, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked through.
