Ingredients
- 500 g ground turkey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, oats, onion, garlic, egg, ketchup, parsley, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a greased muffin tray, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until cooked through.
