Ingredients
– 250 ml peanut butter
– 150 g brown sugar
– 50 g white sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 100 g rolled oats
– 150 g chocolate chips
– 100 g M&M’s, chopped
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until combined.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla, then stir well. Mix in the baking soda and oats until everything is blended.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s until evenly distributed.
5. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared tray and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
